Regent's Canal

Love my canal walk. Today the towpath was dotted with characters - the painter, the fishers (for what?), the weed smokers, the house boaters...  Wild lilac, dog shit, wood smoke and canal waters fragranced the air (heady, I tell you).  The sun was gracing us with its presence. I've missed that warm glow. Overnight frog green scum had covered the Angel end leaving it lovely and mysterious.  It's just glorious.  One of the most special things about London. Oh and can I just say, I had my NPR hearing voices podcast in, another profound, sensory radio documentary on music and memory.  96 tears...  Recommended.
