Wimpole Hall

Yesterday my father, Trish and I visited Wimpole Hall, near Ely.  Perhaps the most interesting detail besides the vast grounds and delicious rugs, was that this was Rudyard Kipling's daughter's home in the first half of the 20th Century.  Books abounded, with hints to the life of her father to be found amongst the paintings and artefacts of a time past.
